Weigh In PM: 143 lbs EXERCISE: MORE cleaning (this will end tomorrow night) I have so much to do this week I can’t really get to the gym but I am REALLY sore from all the housework Im doing! Lots of lunges, squats, and folding exercises Breakfast:
2 eggs cooked scrambled 2 peices turkey bacon coffee with splenda and 1/2 cup almond milk Lunch : sauted steak with spinach
Cottage cheese
water SNACK: low carb sugar free cookie my mom made and brought over Dinner :
Cod with olive oil and sauted spinach water

I have laundry coming out my ears. But hey! I will have a SUPER CLEAN house this weekend!
Im happy my weight loss slowed down. I havent gained it back so I feel confident!
